Main Street Business Partners worked with author Lauren Murphy to support the launch and promotion of her devotional coloring book. This project focused on developing a professional, faith-centered brand strategy and outlining a clear roadmap for sales and outreach. Our work began with identifying Lauren’s ideal audience through a customer avatar, which served as the foundation for a content and marketing plan tailored to her message. We created a comprehensive social media strategy to grow her presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest, along with post ideas, engagement tactics, and community-building tools.
In addition to online growth, we developed a retail outreach strategy aimed at Christian bookstores, gift shops, and ministries, including bulk pricing and value-based partnership messaging. We also crafted an influencer and ministry collaboration plan to connect Lauren with aligned bloggers, content creators, and nonprofit organizations. To support long-term sales and accessibility, we guided Lauren through self-publishing via Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP), including print-on-demand setup, ISBN registration, and extended distribution options. The final deliverable included a clear action plan for ongoing promotion, bundling opportunities, and bookstore placement pitches — helping turn her creative project into a scalable, ministry-minded product ready for retail and beyond.
